Liked: The bed was comfy the staff great polite.
Disliked: Bathroom dated no room needs updating tv turned on but didn't turn of properly
Security issue as someone entered Room during the night
Liked: The rooms were clean and comfortable
Disliked: The main reason I’m writing a review is because my son and I stayed in one room and my wife and daughter stayed in another. During the night someone entered my wife and daughter’s room at sometime between 11 PM and 1 AM. The person realised they weren’t in the right room so then they walked out but they had walked into the room completely and woke my wife up. These rooms have old keys and not cards so someone in the reception had given them the key to their room. I don’t find this very safe and I followed it up with the hotel as they should’ve at least refunded the night as this is a serious security issue having someone walk into your room during your night and disrupt your sleep and put your security at risk. Especially when you have a young daughter who’s 10 years of age staying there I emailed. I messaged the hotel to report this and they said sorry and that they would look into it. They’ve since come back with an inadequate reply, which I find really disappointing. To keep the customer happy and rectify this situation they should not have charged my wife and daughter for the Room for that evening.
A truck stop with a comfy bed slightly off the Camino!
Liked: The actual Room we stayed in was fine but the location was frustrating as we had to walk a very long 1.5 km up a hill to get to the hotel after a long day of walking!
Disliked: This place is basically a truck stop so the bar was full of truckers and construction workers..which is fine but I would choose somewhere else to stay for the Camino.

Disliked: Rowdy noise during the night. Restaurant staff surly. No where to sit outside. Bar area filthy with litter on the floor.
Liked: Great Menu del Dia at hotel restaurant!!
It was decent
Liked: The room was as expected (as seen online). Clean and modern. Also the staff was nice and friendly.
Disliked: Delayed check-in. It was difficult to sleep because it was warm in the room and with the windows cracked open, I could hear all of the conversations at the restaurant/Cafe downstairs. Also the bathroom was older and falling apart (tiles, paint, grout and tub interior).
