  Liked: Self catering and central.

  Disliked: Just the steep hill and finding the meeting point with Virginia. Satnav could not find the meeting place so very stressful drive through very narrow streets

  A perfect stay in the heart of Cazorla

  Liked: We loved everything about our stay! The location couldn’t be better, with breathtaking views of the church, the old square, and the castle. Carlos was an exceptional host, so kind and helpful. The pool was a wonderful bonus, and the apartment was spotless and so comfortable. We can’t wait to come back!

  It's all about the views

  Liked: The views are fantastic. The best thing about the apartment was breakfast and evening drinks on the balcony - although it would be too small for 4 people. The apartment was clean and the hosts were quick to respond when we asked for a spare set of keys. Loved Cazorla - great walking and we caught the start of the Blues Festival.

  Disliked: There's no door on the bathroom, which means effectively you go through the bathroom to the bedroom. The pool was lovely but the information didn't state that it's a short walk from the apartment up a steep hill. The apartment got quite stuffy and lack of mosquito nets meant we couldn't leave the windows open at night. No kettle, but that's often the case in Spanish apartments.

  Rooms with a View

  Liked: The view!!! Also, the apartment was clean and quiet and had everything we needed. We had a room downstairs, our children had a room upstairs, and we shared the kitchen/living area and balcony. We could walk everywhere in town from there, as well as hike to a series of waterfalls and more beautiful views.

  Disliked: We liked everything, but the access would be difficult for someone with reduced mobility, as the streets are steep, as are the stairs in the apartment itself.
