Idyllic setting, lovely building, staff very endearing

Liked: The grounds were just stunning. The pool area was lovely with very comfortable beds. We adored the two dogs Rosalia and the big dog Anton who guards the goats! Loved the staff-so friendly, nice and helpful. Atmosphere lovely and nothing slick or generic here but very charming!

Disliked: The bed sheets were too small for the bed! Also some tapas should be on offer during the afternoon to bridge the gap between breakfast and dinner. Maybe offer a wider range of drinks too. This hotel is NOT a Radisson so don’t go if you’re seeking that but do go if you want a warm and gorgeous stay in a quirky place!

    Nice rural getaway

Liked: Very quiet rural location, large room, swimming pool, the large grounds to walk in

Disliked: Could have improved the breakfast and dinner options. No real facilities in the room - eg kettle

Great location and views, poor/heavy decoration

Liked: Amazing location in the middle of sierra de Cazorla

Disliked: The decoration was a bit on the heavy side with religious iconography everywhere you looked. No doubt it was a convent at one point in the past. The rooms was very small and crowded

Unusual property with great staff and food

Liked: Very quirky property in good location for visiting local sites. Lovely staff and great food. Had evening meal which was delicious. Traditional Spanish breakfast with tostada which was fabulous. Great bread and the best coffee I’ve had in Spain!

Disliked: Slightly tired but wouldn’t stop me rebooking
