Great clean new apparent in the heart of Ciudad Real
Liked: The apartment is very centrally located. All the furniture and fixtures look new (including Porcelanosa fixtures in the bathroom) and very clean. The check in was very easy with a code sent on the day of the arrival. The property reps were very responsive to inquiries.
Disliked: The kitchen wasn’t stocked as well as other similar stays we’ve been to. For instance, there was no paper Towels or napkins and no dishwasher. So it was a bit challenging to do dishes after dinner. Also, the apple TV seemed only have YouTube available and we were unable to login into our account. This is the only reason I’m giving it a 7/10. Otherwise everything was perfect!
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Is a fraud the cancel my reservation and didnt give my mi money back
