Exceptional
Excellent experience
Liked: Exceptionally clean, great bed and shower and really good location. The manager Damián was incredibly welcoming and informative. He could not have been more helpful and was simply superb.
Disliked: Building work going on next door.
Beautiful, clean & comfortable!
Liked: So clean, cool & welcoming! We were met by Damien, who couldn’t have been more accommodating. We were made to feel at home immediately & we were informed of everything we might need.
Disliked: There was building work going on in the adjoining property, however work didn’t start until 08:30am and it was just one man and his tools! It was only a problem if you wanted a siesta!
Little Gem in Ciutadella
Liked: The boutique hotel is very tastefully decorated and the room is very spacious with a very big bathroom and bed is comfortable. The room include use of beach towels, beach umbrella, refrigerated beach bags, ironing table and iron, water which is changed daily and some welcoming snacks and drinks. The hotel has a perfect position, just at the border of the old city and everything can be reached with 5-10min walk. It also lies near a big parking which is convenient (although mind that the free white parking are limited). The contact with Damian was very easy and he was always available and very kind! He explained to us everything about the city of Ciutadella and gave us some tips. We highly recommend this hotel
Disliked: The combination of air conditioning, fridge and ceiling fan (from the guests below) was quite noisy. Since the electricity is deactivated when you exit the room (to save energy understandably), the room was quite hot on arrival each day. In about 10min it was fine again.
Perfect place to stay if you want to see Ciutadella
Liked: Excellent location and beautifully furnished. You can also use beach umbrellas, snorkels, cooler bags etc all available at reception.
Disliked: The patio could have had some chairs to relax in.
Liked: The Fernando and Damiàn were very helpful and attentive! I really appreciated all of the beach equipment that was available for our use. We also went during a holiday weekend and were not able to book taxis on the website, but Fernando and Damiàn were able to connect us with a taxi driver. Thank you so much!
A great guest house with rooms only
Liked: Room was very clean and maintained. Comfy bed; crisp bed linen; white towels. Care has been given to details eg items to take to the beach. The terrace is a nice extra space.
Disliked: This is not a bad place to stay. But is described as a hotel when really it’s a guest house with rooms only. There is no breakfast, bar or communal spaces. Lacks the style, location or hotel services of other options in this delightful town and yet is the same price. Perhaps it was an expensive weekend.
