Liked: Beautiful hotel, great location, stunning views and lovely surroundings. The rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Menorca is beautiful, and the hotel's location allows you to enjoy everything the island has to offer. Unfortunately, the location was the biggest highlight of our stay.

Disliked: The biggest disappointment was the food. Breakfast was reasonably good, but lunch and dinner were very poor. The meat was almost always dry, usually pork or chicken drumsticks. The side dishes consisted mainly of boiled frozen vegetables served day after day, with virtually no variety. Pizza was served every evening. Although the dough was fine, we expected a much wider choice from an all-inclusive hotel. One particularly unpleasant experience occurred at breakfast when the beans tasted sour and smelled absolutely disgusting, reminding us of a dirty floor cloth. This was completely unacceptable. The snack bar was equally disappointing. The burgers had very poor-quality buns, and the meat had a strange texture and appeared undercooked. The coffee tasted sour, and cocktails such as Margaritas and Blue Lagoons tasted like premixed drinks rather than freshly prepared cocktails. The beer and whisky and cola were fine. Another major downside was the evening entertainment, which was conducted in French. In an international hotel, English should be used as a common language so that guests from different countries can understand and enjoy the entertainment. This is not about any particular nationality, but about making all international guests feel included. The hotel has great potential, beautiful views, clean rooms and friendly staff, but the poor food quality, lack of variety and disappointing entertainment seriously let it down. We enjoyed our holiday mainly because of the location, which is a real shame. We would not choose this hotel again unless significant improvements were made, especially regarding the food.

Liked: The "beach" is super, both the sandy one, for children and at the cliffs, for jumping, swimming, snorkeling. The menu was really good however the breakfast was practically the same each morning. The all-inclusive plan truly included eating and drinking all day, even beer, and sangria. The beer (classic and alcohol-free) were good. The free spirits weren't worth drinking, however the free rum was good with coke. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Disliked: The wifi was slow on our phones and it didn't even work on my laptop. I asked for help and they provided me secret instructions for making it work. It worked, but why didn't it work without any tricks?

Liked: Close to a beautiful bay, different restaurants and supermarkets. The staff was helpful and nice.

Disliked: Not a big variety of foods at all. We were on half-board. Breakfast was the same every day (we stayed 7 days there).

Liked: Location was great. Views from the pool and down the street were great restaurants and great sunset location with 2 great sunset bars! Would not eat at resort.

Disliked: very resort feel. felt like a cruise ship. Crowded front desk, crowded elevators, breakfast table turnover was slow and hot food ran out and had to wait. There were no directions at check in like where to get towels for the pool. The sign in the lobby said towel service was outside in reality we had to wait 15 min in line at reception and it was a 10euro deposit per towel. Expensive hotel for what we got.

Liked: Clean, variety of food, evening entertainment, location.

Disliked: Nothing really. If you didn’t like the place, I don’t know what you want.
