  It was ok

  Liked: Park and pool area for children were a nice to have although we couldn't use them during our stay. They let us have a complimentary later check out because my daughter was sick and sleeping.

  Disliked: They wouldn't refund me the water park ticket even though I couldn't use it because my daughter was sick. The breakfast buffet quality was quite poor. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Mattress wasn't very comfortable.

  Liked: Room was good, clean and comfortable. All inclusive was good. The dining options are diverse, but almost 50% of the selection is fast food. Food, drinks, and entertainment really are geared towards the British. And yes this hotel is truly a paradise for people with children

  Disliked: There are too many children here, and they are incredibly noisy. I guessed it wouldn't be a problem in mid-October, but I was wrong. For child-free, solo travelers, it's a nightmare.
