Exceptional
Good hotel but beware the lack of bathroom privacy!
Liked: Well maintained, new furnishings, very clean. Snorkelling and beach equipment could be borrowed for free. Tea, coffee and snacks available at reception. Very helpful staff.
Disliked: The bathroom was part of the main room so when you came out the shower cubicle, you walk straight into the bedroom with no privacy to change!! Can be awkward if sharing!! Only the room with disabled access had a proper bathroom.
I would happily stay here again!
Liked: A lovely place to stay, with a great location within walking distance of all the main attractions. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, and communication was excellent throughout. The room was spacious and clean, and the complimentary coffee and fruit were a thoughtful touch.
The owner and staff are hosts without comparison, making your stay truly memorable
Liked: The hotel is very central, but the staff were superb. Teresa was on hand to provide every assistance, and the owner Miguel, sorted out a minor issue that was beyond his control very quickly. The welcome you receive is truly exceptional and we shall stay in this hotel when we next visit. While the total does not have parking, the staff were on hand to direct us to parking near to the hotel that was free of charge. The room was large and very well appointed.
