Fabulous
Great cheap stay
Liked: Clean, bright, great location. Nice little kitchen with most of what you need. Big fridge. Big pool, nice view over the trees, and friendly staff, especially Sandra.
Disliked: Shower flooded a bit, not enough hooks for towels in the bathroom, and the beds were quite hard. I also appreciate the time of year, but it felt like the hotel was shutting down a bit. Bar all stacked up, and workman doing lots of maintenance.
Liked: The location was great, really close to the beach, supermarket and local restaurants. The outside area was spotlessly clean. Extra fans were really welcome as it was super hot when we arrived.
Disliked: The room was quite dated, bathroom door handle and kitchen doors in aid of maintenance. There was minimal kitchen equipment; no wine glasses, small mugs, no spatula, no ice to name a few. Wifi was very poor in the room, better on the balcony but was constantly dropping off.
Liked: Proximity to beaches
Liked: First, the location. We found it very nice and peaceful and very close to Ciutadella. The apartment is spacious with a nice big terrace and the AC worked great. It was always nice and cold inside. They change towels every 3 days and bedding after 7 days.
Disliked: Kitchen amenities. In my opinion at least a water kettler is needed there. There are two twin size beds, instead of a king size bed,

Liked: No air conditioning in Spain in summertime. Unbearable.
Disliked: AIR CONDITIONING. And an actual check-in process in person.
