Exceptional
A magical getaway in a beautiful place
Liked: Location in the old town right by the cathedral was excellent. Loved the view from our window of the patio and little pool with the old town buildings behind. Staff were always very helpful.
Disliked: Would prefer a softer pillow. ( not long bolster type) Water bottle in room was not replaced when empty.
Liked: The location is spot on.
Disliked: The lightning and furniture in the room.

Disliked: - Room was different than described: in the garden, not main building and without a bath - Hospitality wasn’t good, we weren’t able to actually speak with them in person, but only received a chat gpt type of apology by text. We called the hotel phone number but it was switched off - AC of room wasn’t switched on upon arrival with 33C nearly 100F outside
Liked: Perfect location, hidden little gem. The staff were great, the pool area lovely and breakfast was delicious. Spotless room, very luxurious and comfortable beds. It made our trip!
Disliked: We were on the ground floor so it was a little noisy at night in the rooms above. Apart from that, everything else was great.
The best hotel in Ciutadella
Liked: We love this hotel, this was our 3rd visit, the location is perfect, the bedrooms are lovely, this time we had room 8 which has a roof top patio. An enjoyable hour or so in the pool. Breakfast is continental or you have cooked variety. The staff are always lovely polite. We will see you again next year!
