Disliked: Nothing to dislike
It was an unplanned stay in Ciutadella but staff were very helpful and accommodating. Would very happily stay again. Ciu
Liked: Location is in close proximity to all the delights of Ciutadella’s old town. The rooms are cosy but very well equipped, especially liked the large bed and shower, and always a bonus to have an espresso machine.
Everything all good, excellent value

Beautiful hotel, amazing staff
Liked: Beautiful hotel in a great location. Very friendly and helpful staff! The private terrace was also amazing. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
Wonderful room
Liked: Beautiful room, very comfy bed, perfectly positioned close to several squares, quiet with blackout shutters, and super friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: We really missed having a balcony or terrace, but the room was so comfortable and with nearby bsrs/eateries that it was only a small downside!
