Exceptional
Liked: Very large, comfortable villa in quiet residential area, with very good size pool and plenty of sun loungers and other outdoor seating. There is also a barbecue area. The 3 bedrooms are all good size with comfortable beds. The upstairs bathroom is a very good size with a large cubicle shower. There is also a small shower/toilet room downstairs and a washing machine. The Kitchen/dinning/lounge area is very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The location was only a 20 minute walk from the centre and there was a large supermarket 5 mins walk away. Our host was very helpful during the whole process and very friendly and helpful during our departure.

Lacking a personal touch and information
Liked: We loved the outside area and the space but there was only two of us in a so called six person villa
Disliked: Absolutely no information on our arrival regarding shops, direction into town centre, no emergency numbers etc., Drs, dentist etc, how to dispose of household waste, in fact nothing! not even a bottle of water on our arrival.
Handy location, spacious villa, lovely garden and pool area
Liked: The villa as displayed in the brochure pictures undersells a lovely house. The bedrooms are a good size; the building has two toilets (one downstairs adjacent to the utility room) and spacious lounge / dining / kitchen area. The veranda and picnic bench for eating outside are good and large; the pool bigger than many private villa pools; and the garden both pretty and offering plenty of shade. The location is handy for the hypermarket (not just food but handy hardware and clothes e.g. sunhats!); and is no more than 10 minutes from a nearby beach (and two good pizza restaurants) and only about 20 minutes walk into the old town.
Disliked: Nothing was a problem - and our host was contactable and helpful.

Liked: The property has the most beautiful garden and fabulous pool area. We saw lots of wildlife and some beautiful flowers blooming. It was very close to Cuitadella old town, just a six minute drive. Also Diskont store was walking distance, just around the corner. The house was well equipped and barbecue briquettes and matches were left for us and much appreciated. We had a wonderful stay.
Disliked: The property was great. Only suggestion would be mattress protectors that have some padding and washable pillow protectors would have been lovely and some thicker cotton bedding.
