Liked: Property Excellent property. Clean, spacious and modern. Lovely garden and seating areas. Fantastic pool. Brilliant utility room which is great for a family. Overall 5 star. Location I have stayed all over menorca over the years and I think the area is a real hidden gem. Quiet and tranquil but has great bus service so you can be in cuitadella (beautiful old town with restaurants,bars, historic buildings etc) or Cala en Bosch ( marina, restaurants, bars, etc) literally in minutes. They are in walking distance but I travelled with my young family and it was very hot. Within a few minutes walk is a cluster of the best beaches menorca has to offer with 3 very good restaurants ( try the steakhouse next to the beach you won’t be disappointed). Host The host Joan and his wife do live below, but don’t let that put you off. How the villa is set out you wouldn’t know he was there. He tends the pool and gardens daily,early in the morning so doesn’t disturb anyone. I actually found him being there to be an asset. He took me to the supermarket on arrival and gave me a tour of the surrounding areas, showed me all the bus routes and booked me taxis when requested. Also when my daughter came home earlier than us 1 night and struggled to open the door, 1 quick message and he was there to help. So as I said an asset to have. To sum up great property, lovely location and fantastic host. I would definitely return.
