Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would certainly return
Liked: Peaceful quiet area, we had the pool to ourselves. 5 minutes walk to shop and restaurants. 15 minutes walk to Cala en Blanes beach. 2 minutes walk to a small cove for sea swimming. Good AirCon. Property was spacious and good outside space to barbecue and dine. Good firm mattresses. Good value for money.
Disliked: Fixtures and fittings are dated and the villa could do with an update. Still very good value for the price paid. No information in the villa regarding taxis, restaurants etc. We were travelling to Ciutadella each evening and it was difficult to get a taxi. Restaurants and bars in the area are geared towards families and have bouncy castles and play areas attached but it is only 10 minutes taxi ride to Ciutadella.
Liked: Host professionalism and communication, location, swimming pool, rules that promote rest, quality of the accommodation. Easy to find parking, easy walk to areas such as beach, bus stop, restaurants, supermarkets.
Disliked: This comment may be specific to Apartment 4; however, due to the building structure (high ceilings and proximity to the adjacent apartment), noise from neighbours can be easily heard. As a result, sleep may be disrupted for light sleepers, particularly due to sounds such as voices, laughter, and doors or cabinets closing, especially late at night (around 3:00 AM) or early in the morning (around 5:00 AM), as the property is otherwise extremely quiet. The impact largely depends on neighbour behaviour and consideration. The host was very helpful in trying to minimise this issue, but it may still be worth noting for light sleepers.
Amazing! And would return tomorrow
Liked: Location amazing - steps to Cala en forcat from the back garden - morning swim 5 minutes walk away! Facilities super clean Warm pool was amazing and usually we were there on our own Outside sitting area and bbq was brilliant Cleaning lady was the nicest person on the planet:) Air con was very good Apartment well equipped Soap, washing up liquid and dish cloth available on arrival
Disliked: Could do with a little maintenance like fixing door hinges and wardrobe shelves. With little effort these would be gone. This didn’t affect our holiday though:)
For what we paid, it represented very good value for money
Liked: The location is perfect. Pool area very nice. Cala nearby very pretty. All rooms are large in villa.
Disliked: There was no water, milk or welcome pack. We arrived after 11pm and everywhere was closed. The villa needs tidying up as it is a little tired in places.
Excellent stay, wonderful location and friendly hosts
Liked: The owner accommodated a late check in due to late flights and kept in touch regularly.
Disliked: No allocated parking. On street parking was very busy at times, which meant parking much further down the road.
Adequate but I wouldn't recommend
Liked: Property was an adequate size for two people I think it would be a squash if there was any more, nice terrace area Adequate crockery and pans etc
Disliked: This was not the villa that we saw the picture of as we were not facing the pool, our villa was accessed by walking on grass in front of another villa not ideal with a suitcase or invading privacy of other visitors. Toilet very awkward to flush and very unstable Plug in sink in kitchen did not hold water in Parasols available were not suitable for using by the pool, stand was rusted so not useable Having one white towel for the week is not very nice
