Fabulous
Loved the location and the villa but it lacked a few finishing touches
Liked: Fab location with lots of space.
Disliked: Dishwasher didn’t work properly. We bought a cleaner and rinse aid in the hope that would help but it still left dishes dirty. Also, lack of proper drinking glasses… plastic tumblers instead. Bbq grill didn’t fit properly so we had to prop it up with rocks. For the money we spent, we would have expected better in these areas.

Liked: Beds were fantastic. Well equipped kitchen. Pool was lovely.
Disliked: Found the sofas uncomfortable.
Disappointed & won’t be returning to this villa
Liked: The location was good. The mattresses in terms of comfort were ok. The villa itself could be great.
Disliked: Where to start. I’ve just returned after a week here in the yellow villa. The villa overall is tired, ripped curtains, faded, minimal thin worn towels, minimal bed linen / pillows, mouldy sealant in bathrooms etc. I. This I can personally live with for a week - not great but ok. It’s basic but functional. I’m not picky but the place is certainly not ‘fabulous’ & is really, really disappointing. Also, I feel scammed as most of the pictures on here are of the other villa (internally). However, the biggest thing is it’s not comfortable. There is not enough seating, what’s there is not adequate either. The pool, the steps are actually dangerous - wobbly and the last step is completely broken, it makes it difficult to get in and out of the pool - especially for kids or anyone slightly older or unfitter. The sofa’s seat 4 and are horrendous - plastic, dipped, small and uncomfortable. The dining table seats 4 - this is supposed to be a villa to sleep six. Outside a plastic 6 seat table - cheap nasty and uncomfortable. No other seating at all & no pads whatsoever. The patio upstairs no seating or anything at all on it actually - a complete waste. The sunbeds are old and tired but they’re usable. There are no umbrellas & the umbrella stand is broke. The patio door is broken and difficult to open. The table tennis & pool table are both laughable. Both tables are actually broken & basically unusable. One pool Que that is snapped in half and taped together with the tip falling off. Peeling bats etc. You book a villa to be comfortable and to spend time there - the pool, pool table & table tennis, additional patio were all reasons why as a family of 6 we selected this villa. All of those things were in adequate and we couldn’t even sit together on the night time or get out of the shade around the pool. I brought these up to the host on the first day. All was shrugged off with, after the season we’ll look to replace. Well that’s no good to me!
Spacious villa with lovely pool very near to the beach and shops
Liked: Spacious villa for 6 adults with 2 bathrooms, located on a quiet residential road. Vey close to Santandria beach and local mini markets. Well equipped kitchen with washing machine. Lovely pool in the garden.
Disliked: There was only 5 garden chairs, for six adults, when reported was told to use a dining chair from inside the house. There was a lovely balcony on the main bedroom but no chairs to enjoy the space, when reported none were supplied. The kitchen was short on mugs and glasses but when reported to the owner more were brought to the house. Although there were very good wardrobes in all bedrooms, in the two smaller bedrooms there was no shelf to put make-up/creams/phones etc for our four other family members.
A lovely family villa in a good location
Liked: A lovely family villa, lots of space indoors and out, two bathrooms and three bedrooms (with air-conditioning), decent kitchen with a dishwasher and a washing machine. Good WiFi. An excellent outdoor pool which is kept well-maintained. The people managing the villa were very responsive and helpful with any requests we had, for example providing a cot, and being flexible about check-in and check-out times. The villa is in an attractive residential area, very popular with Spanish families, peaceful and pretty, no large developments or noise, but enough bars and restaurants to enjoy within walking distance. We spent a lot of time on the small family beach at Santandria, 5 minutes away. This beach has disabled access and facilities too. There's a mini- supermarket with fresh bread and other baked goods close to the villa, plus the bus stop for trips to other nearby beaches, and into Ciutadella.
Disliked: The villa suited our multi-generation family stay (including two under-fives) very well, but note that two of the three bedrooms have only twin beds, and there's no air-conditioning in the living room. These issues didn't bother us.
Great family holiday at villas Nura
Liked: We were in the yellow villa (Anaya), the villa and pool are a great size with private garden and parking if you have a car (we didn’t). The beds are comfy and air con in the bedrooms was great. BBQ, big fridge, Washing machine and dishwasher were a bonus. Handy ikea high chair and travel cot with proper mattress were appreciated. Close to beaches (santandria about 5 min walk, and Cala Blanca about 15 min walk), a supermarket and some restaurants. It is a quiet area but that suited us. There were pedalos and SUP boarding on the beaches. Quick reply to any messages and good communication from the host.
Disliked: There is minor wear and tear to some of the fixtures and fittings but it didn’t affect our stay. Would benefit from plastic plates/ cups/ bowls for small children to use.
