Exceptional
Lovely hotel if a little over-priced but with some issues with the duty staff NOT being on site
Liked: The location and the decor was excellent. The breakfast was very good also.
Disliked: The fact that there was no-one on duty to complain about the VERY loud music coming from the room next to ours.
Liked: A beautiful hotel, very clean, good location, plenty of parking. Despite me messaging ahead asking for a room without using stairs for our elderly parents, the hotel hadn't prepared anything, but luckily they changed the room for us to a downstairs one.
Disliked: The restaurant was closed as it was a fiesta and this was one of the reasons we had chosen the hotel. Despite previously advising ahead of time that I needed a gluten and lactose free breakfast and being assured that there would be bread and cakes, I had to go and ask for it and was told in no uncertain terms that I should have advised them again the night before, not great service and quite rude. I got one piece of bread, no cakes, no yoghurt. Had they provided these things I would have given a 10 despite the restaurant not being open
Would love to have stayed for a few more nights!
Liked: Beautiful building in the middle of town with one of the nicest bedrooms I have ever stayed in, staff were exceptional and provided us with breakfast earlier than there usual time.
Liked: Location to the castle and windmills was great
We have stayed on 3 different occasions and we have always been pleased with our stay
Liked: Very nice casa rural. The aircon didn’t work in our room and they kindly moved us to another. We also enjoyed the breakfast:)
