  Excellent accommodation, but complicated access

  Liked: Beautiful apartment in large, mainly residential, complex. Secure parking, comfortable beds, excellent airconditioning, balcony with view over the swimming pool. Quiet. Very discreet neighbours, but helpful as needed.

  Disliked: There was a mix-up with Booking.com concerning our contact number. Perhaps our fault, but sorting this out with the owner's representative on Whatsapp - she was at or close to the complex, was all the more difficult as she refused to come down to help us face to face. We wasted more than an hour getting in to the apartment. For the money we paid, this is unhelpful, inadequate service. Also, there was far too much irrelevant information sent by WhatsApp. This could better have been included in the folder left in the apartment. This folder should also have brief summaries of how to use the various appliances. Leaving the product's user manual does not cut it for me!

  Having quality time for families - tick

  Liked: Lovely modern apartment with a 'home away from home' feel. Perfectly equipped for our family of four. On top of the information from Booking.com, Pavlina sent plenty of helpful information for checking in and out and local recommendations for places to eat, visit and shop. We visited during the school Easter holidays and the apartment complex was peaceful. The balcony is a welcome place to take your coffee in the morning sunshine. You have a view of the pool and the mountains in the background. I think the apartment is perfect for families and couples who are not wishing to be in the main resorts; you can be at the seafront in ten minutes by car. All in all a relaxing break and an excellent base from which to explore the island's breathtaking mount Teide and a selection of glorious beaches. ❤️

  Disliked: To be perfectly honest, it would have been lovely if the pool had been heated and open longer than 7pm, but I realise our stay was during the winter operating times. Once we braved the pool it was invigorating. ❤️

  Liked: The location is extraordinary,the apartament is nice,clean and very equipped.Also the host is very organised and atentived with all the guests' needs! The apartament has an inside garage and all the descriptions are real. I truly recomend this apartament for a happy vacation on the island!

  Perfect stay and host!

  Liked: Appartement was perfect with two big bathrooms and a great balcony! Our host was very responsive and helpful when we lost our key and had lots of recommendations for restaurants etc. We would recommend this place!
