  Stunning Apartment in a Fantastic Location. Highly Recommended!

  Liked: We stayed in Apartment 110 for one week in October 2026. This was our first time choosing an apartment rather than a hotel, and we are so glad we did. We absolutely loved our stay and would not hesitate to return. The location is fantastic. The apartment is centrally located, close to the San Eugenio shopping centre, just a five-minute walk down to Puerto Colón and around a 15-minute walk to Fañabé Beach. Despite being close to several bars, we experienced no noise at all, and the apartment complex itself was very peaceful and quiet. Access to the complex is via an electronic keypad, which was a little confusing initially as the keypad only lights up when touched. However, the reception staff were helpful. The apartment is conveniently located on the same level, with just two small steps to navigate. The apartment door also has a modern electronic keypad, making access easy and convenient. The apartment itself is lovely. It is modern, beautifully presented, exceptionally clean and equipped with practically everything you could need. In fact, we feel the listing does not do justice to everything provided. There is an iron, hairdryer, washing machine, dishwasher and a fully equipped kitchen, making it feel like a real home from home. Having washing machine pods and washing-up liquid available was also a thoughtful and welcome touch. The air conditioning in the bedroom was excellent and a real lifesaver in the October heat. With the bedroom door left open, it kept the entire apartment comfortably cool. There is also a fan in the living room, although we barely needed it. The air conditioning was exceptionally quiet, even when left running on a low setting overnight, which was particularly appreciated as I am a light sleeper. The bathroom is modern and spotlessly clean, and the whole apartment has clearly been maintained to a very high standard. The highlight for us was the huge private balcony overlooking the swimming pool.

  Disliked: Unfortunately there was an issue gaining access upon our arrival.. the security on reception didn't speak English ( I know we were in a Spanish speaking country and I did my best ) but he simply refused to help..

  Great stay in a lovely apartment

  Liked: Great location and excellent facilities — the apartment had everything we needed. We were able to check in early, and the communication was excellent throughout. They also allowed us to store our suitcases while the apartment was being cleaned, which meant we could start our holiday as soon as we arrived. The balcony was fabulous, with very comfortable loungers. We would definitely book this apartment again.

  Disliked: The sun loungers at the pool were uncomfortable, as they had no cushions or mats on them. The rush to secure loungers each morning was a bit much, although it did give me a laugh watching it all from the balcony.
