  Good apartment with sea and pool view

  Liked: Good position with sea and pool View.

  Disliked: Apartment was quite basic compared to other apartments that we have stayed in. Air conditioning didn’t work and fan provided was bent so was quite noisy.

  Disliked: Small adjustments in apartment, 1 sliding door, extremely hard to open,, 2 sunshade on balcony one side broken, 3, couldn’t get air conditioning to work, but we did have fan, 4, no facilities to have late check out, hotel did hold our bags, and we used hotel Toilet to change.. Apartment itself, was spotless, great location, had everything you needed, and staff at reception were extremely helpful and nice.

  We are a well travelled always book independently but never before have we been so disappointed in accommodation we have

  Liked: The location of this property is in our opinion 2nd to non in the middle of everything and yet beautiful views is the sunset and pool area

  Disliked: Firstly no WiFi though out the stay blamed of the phone company in other words out of their hands. Washing machine broken the drum had fallen off the brackets this apartment doesn’t have bed / towel change but no washing machine meant washing facilities in the apartment eventually 10 days later clean laundry was dropped off as there was no spare sets. The sun canapé was broken and unusable and given that direct sun was on the balcony from 1.30pm made the balcony awkward to use. The clothes airer was broken and fragile. Only 3 coat hangers in wardrobe. Kitchen extractor fan was not working. No icebox in fridge At no time did anyone from TOR management call / arrange to come in and fix anything even though they were made aware of the problems

  Fantastic property with a great location

  Liked: Location Room setup- WiFi, full kitchen, comfortable beds Pool + sea view Sun on balcony from around 2pm> sunset (winter)
