  Did the job. Was a good accommodation

  Liked: The check-in instructions included a video. That was very good.

  Disliked: Maybe some curtains on the kitchen window? It was quite bright when attempting to sleep in the morning.

  Very disappointing stay – avoid this property

  Disliked: Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing. There was a constant problem with parking — we often had to park very far from the apartment. The area is very hilly, which made it extremely difficult to walk with a small child and a stroller. We encountered a serious issue with insects. There were many bugs in both the kitchen and the bathroom, including cockroaches and other insects. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially when staying with a child. The dishes were dirty, the apartment is clearly outdated, and the towels smelled stale and not fresh. There is no elevator in the building. We rented this apartment with a small child, and having to carry a stroller up and down many stairs was very exhausting and inconvenient. The walls are very thin — we could clearly hear neighbors from the side and from the apartment above. Additionally, the water in two of the swimming pools was cold, which made them unusable. After reporting the insect problem to Booking, we received no response, no interest, and no attempt from the property to resolve the issue. The only reply we eventually received was that they did not agree to a cancellation and did not offer any alternative solution. This behavior is scandalous and completely unprofessional. I strongly advise avoiding this property.

  Liked: The general San Eugienio area is fine.

  Disliked: Pool uncleaned, furniture in apartment dated, needed painting, terrible bed, no privacy on balcony or view, very dark corridor to entrance and of course the dreaded cockroach and beetle problem throughout apartment and complex, only took the place because of fantastic reviews so was and still quite shocked at the very very basic offerings.

  Had an amazing time, would recommend to couples or solo travellers

  Liked: Excellent location, apartment had everything you could want and more. Very secure complex with lovely pool areas. Apartment was very clean on arrival with excellent instructions given by the owner. Great WiFi and smart tv if you want to connect to Netflix or similar. Lovely walk down to the beach, a shop very close by which although not the cheapest is great if you have forgotten to buy something during the day. Taxi’s are very cheap after spending a day on the beach or a night out if you don’t want to walk. Would recommend this apartment and hope to return in the future.
