  Great

  Liked: The location is spot on - lots of amenities around and walking distance to water park which is ideal for fans of water parks. Also has a pool.

  Disliked: Maybe memory foam toppers on beds as are on harder side - but this is my personal preference.

  Liked: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional accommodation! Beautiful, spotless, spacious and extremely comfortable. Everything was of a very high standard, with great attention to detail. The property exceeded our expectations and made our stay truly enjoyable. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay. We would definitely return!

  Fantastic Location in the Heart of Costa Adeje!

  Liked: A very beautiful apartment in an absolutely fantastic location, right in the heart of Costa Adeje! Everything is within walking distance, including shops, bars, and restaurants. It’s wonderful that parking is available, although there is only one parking space shared between two apartments, and it needs to be reserved in advance. We weren’t aware of this, but luckily, the guests staying in the neighboring apartment didn’t have a car, so we were able to use the parking space completely free of charge without a prior reservation. Overall, a lovely place to stay in a perfect location!

  Stylish, thoughtfully designed apartments in a prime location right by the ocean

  Liked: The location - top: everything worth visiting is close by — the beach, supermarket, restaurants, Siam Park and public transport. You can easily get around without a car. The terrace is awesome, especially in the evening just before sunset and when it si dark. The ocean view is absolutely breathtaking. The apartment looks as though it has been recently renovated, or very well maintained. Modern appliances, comfortable mattresses and cotton bed linen. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. Everything you need for laundry and cleaning is provided. The owners are very caring and attentive. We asked Yana for extra towels, bed linen, orthopedic pillows and beach essentials, and everything was provided quickly. We had requested parking in advance, and they arranged a free parking space right in the complex. Self-check-in is easy and convenient, and communication is available via WhatsApp and Booking.com. It's quiet at night. The complex is residential (where people actually live), and noise is not allowed after 10 pm. The grounds are beautifully maintained and full of greenery, including some unusual, enormous cacti. The swimming pool is surprisingly large, around 20–25 metres long, and it never feels crowded. There is also a children's pool and a tennis court. The pool water was clean and pleasant during our stay in October.

  Disliked: The showerheads are water-saving, so the water pressure feels gentler than usual. Given Tenerife's limited water resources, this makes sense. The pool isn't heated, but the water was warm in October. There aren't many sun loungers, but it is not a problem to find one (it is not crowded). The lift looks a bit dated, so I imagine it might occasionally have issues, although we didn't experience any. Still, it's something worth considering for guests with limited mobility.
