  Great Location, Spacious House and Excellent Value for Money!

  Liked: A spacious house in a fantastic location, right in the heart of Costa Adeje! The house has a traditional Canarian style, a little old-fashioned perhaps, but that’s part of its charm and romance. There is plenty of space for children to play, a barbecue area, and two lovely terraces on different levels. The swimming pool is a short walk from the house and is shared rather than private, but that wasn’t a problem for us. Whenever we wanted to swim, we simply walked over and came back. Parking was easy, and having a house with its own private entrance in such a central location was a big plus. The price was excellent compared to similar properties in the area. For us, the value for money was so good that the small imperfections really didn’t matter. We enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!

  Disliked: The only downside is that the swimming pool is not located on the villa’s private grounds, but within the residential complex, about a 5–7 minute walk away. However, this wasn’t a problem for us at all. We enjoy staying active, so a short walk to the pool was actually quite pleasant!

  Great location for both water parks, Siam mall and the sea front. Has a pool available which isn’t used much by other us

  Liked: It was in a great place for the Aqua park and the views were really nice.

  Disliked: The smell of the drains was really unpleasant and although it is out of the owners control, it still made a difference to the stay.

  Liked: Great Location and property, ideal for those who want peace and quiet but proximity to beach / bars and restaurants

  Disliked: Pool had repairs and also not the most accessible, if you love time by the pool then maybe not ideal.
