  Liked: The location is amazing, far enough from the seaside and the party buzzing that you feel disconnected from everything, but close enough that you can walk for 10 minutes and get there anyway, if you want it. The fact that it's further inland means less humidity, basically no insects anywhere in sight, the balcony terrace is amazing (I would have gotten a full day just to lie there, but we were on a tight schedule) and seeing the early morning and the sunsets from there is a beautiful sight. Just be prepared to climb a bit, since anything inland means that you're going up. I recommend renting a car as well, because the climb to the view at Mirador de Fanabe is pretty steep by foot, but the view there is breathtaking and, short of going to Masca or Teide itself, it's probably one of the best views you can see in Tenerife. And that's even before going inside the apartment. Once inside, it felt less like a vacation location and more like home. The pictures are one thing, but the thing that made us feel most welcome was the treatment from the owner in all the small things (and a big one too). First, we got a full ice tray (I rarely find those full of ice cubes). Nespresso capsules, washing machine capsules, a Dyson vacuum, several bottles of various cosmetics (including an afterburn lotion, very thoughtful!), an ironing board with a clothes iron...if you can name it in your home, we probably had it at this location. Now, about the big thing: this apartment has a Wi-Fi boiler. For some reason, during our stay, the boiler had a malfunction and needed rebooting. We didn't want to change anything in the configuration, so we texted the owner. The owner was on holiday, yet answered promptly, made sure to fix the issue and followed up after 30 minutes (he recommended we wait 15 minutes for enough of the water to heat up). That type of customer service is something I rarely find and always value.

  Fantastic appartment to stay in!

  Liked: As our original booking was cancelled at the last minute we decided to book this appartment. We are so glad we did it's exceptional. There is everything there that you can imagine from microwave, fridge freezer & even a washing machine! There are all the utensils you need for cooking. The appartment is very clean & spacious. The veranda is also very spacious with seating & table & a pagola. Paul the host was extremely helpful & friendly. I think if you stay here you will be more than happy it's like home from home. Many many thanks Paul. George & Wendy.

  Disliked: The only thing I would say is that the swimming pool was rather difficult to find.

  Amazing Terrace

  Liked: Awesome terrace almost as big as the apartment itself, with view of sea and mountains, where we spent most of our time:). Apartment is modern and super clean with everything you need for longer stay.

  Disliked: Nothing, even uphill location is quite fine, around 15mins walk to the beach. Parking is also easier than in the city center, it was packed but we were always able to find spot up or down the street.

  Stunning place

  Liked: It was a complete surprise to me. Very neat and comfortable. The view from the balcony is stunning! The apartment looks stylish and fresh. All the domestic appliances are to hand. All the amenities are there too: the pool is excellent, there are shops nearby, and it’s a 15–20-minute walk to the beach and any restaurants. We really liked the location: the complex is on a hill, but that wasn’t a problem for us – in fact, it was a real plus. Brilliant sunsets and memories. If you’re getting around by bus, there’s a bus stop nearby, but if you’re hiring a car, there are serious issues with on-street parking in this area.

  Disliked: I really didn't want to go back home 😭

  Liked: A really exceptional apartment, everything you would want or need.

  Disliked: Windsor Park is situated on a steep incline, be aware but don't let that discourage you. If needed taxi's are plentiful and inexpensive.

  A perfect 10/10 stay – Exceptional views

  Liked: Our stay at this apartment was nothing short of exceptional! From start to finish, everything was perfect. The Host Paul is an amazing host. Communication via WhatsApp was incredibly fast, helpful, and friendly. The Apartment, the space itself is stunning, but the views are the real showstopper. Waking up to a direct view of the ocean on one side and the majestic Mount Teide on the other was a dream come true. There is plenty of parking around the building. You might need to drive a quick loop to find a spot, but we always found one easily. A small supermarket for all your essentials is just 200m away. This is a fantastic base for exploring. If you book organized tours, the bus pick-up point is just 50m from the entrance, which is incredibly convenient. While I rented a car to explore the island, I highly recommend taking an organized bus tour to Masca, Garachico, and Icod de los Vinos, especially if it’s your first time. The roads are very narrow and winding; sitting back and letting the expert local drivers handle the curves makes the experience much more enjoyable and stress-free! I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Thank you, Paul, for an unforgettable stay!
