  Fab food, no thinking when you’re there so can relax and easy to explore from. Perfect base and can come back from a day

  Liked: Food is exceptional, staff are lovely and pools are great for kids

  Disliked: The double beds were on wheels so moved in the night and I could feel the springs of the mattresses. This was the only negative of our trip was the beds seemed cheap, uncomfy and out of keeping with the rest of the resort

  One night at the GF Isobel Hotel

  Liked: It was a beautiful resort. Our room was spotlessly clean. We had a lovely breakfast in the morning. All the staff we met were lovely. We had a very helpful gentleman check us in when we arrived at Reception he was very helpful.

  Disappointing stay, disgusting breakfast

  Liked: The male staff were really funny and friendly. Place was kept clean and tidy. Great size of balcony in even the standard rooms. Beds were comfy and a good size.

  Disliked: Honestly, the price was not worth it. The hotel is quite rundown with very outdated decor in the rooms and not well maintained. For example, you had to lift the microwave up to open the door as it is jammed otherwise. The breakfast was horrible, really poor quality of food. There were plenty of options which were tried but really low quality food, even the fruit wasn't nice which is a shame. The hotel played loud music at the weekends until 11pm which you could hear so loudly from our room, even tho it was ages away. The rooms severely lacked sound-proofing and you could near everything your neighbours did. It often sounded like they were rearranging future at 12am... I had a good time but am disappointed in the hotel and would not recommend it, it was more like a 3* hotel tbh. Don't waste your money.
