  Fun filled, relaxing stat for extended family - definitely be back

  Liked: Family of 9 - loved this hotel! Best room we’ve had as a family of 4, other family members very comfortable too! Restaurants had lovely spread of food. Drinks were excellent. Staff were so kind to our children and brought great energy. Catered for many different nationalities no ‘Brits abroad’ culture. Even smoking/vaping was respectful in designated areas and not near children! Really impressed - loved our stay!

  Disliked: So minor - but the room towels are TINY! I’m not a large woman and the towel was the size of a hand towel you’d use to wrap your hair!

  Beautiful property with loads of pools. Fast service for drinks and food

  Liked: Staff were well trained, friendly and efficient. Tina is an exceptional employee and we thought she took great pride in her work. She worked around our schedule and we really appreciated this.

  Disliked: It would be nice to have a few selections of red and white wine at dinner. We also didn’t realize there is no beach at this location.

  Liked: Los espacios, las vistas, el personal, fantástico.

  Disliked: La playa. Lo anuncian como beach front pero solo hay una cala de 100m llena de piedras y no tienes ni sillas ni sombrillas

  Liked: We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and professional, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the pool area was beautiful and well maintained. The overall atmosphere was relaxing, and we really enjoyed our holiday here.

  Disliked: The TV in the room was locked, so it was not possible to use YouTube or cast content from a phone. In addition, the selection of grilled food was quite limited, and many of the dishes contained pork, which reduced the variety of options available for us. A great hotel with excellent service and facilities, but more non-pork food options and better TV functionality would make the experience even better.

  Huge resort but you can find some quiet time if you search it out

  Liked: Extremely clean Multiple swimming pools Great entertainment Quiet rooms Excellent and timely maid service Great coffee Good and spacious gym

  Disliked: One must reserve their desired lounger by 06:00 am to get a nice shady spot Bar staff are not properly trained- they have difficulty mixing drinks that are not on the pre- made menu Wine offering is terrible- very disappointing for a Spanish resort No à la carte restaurants

  Disliked: By 9 am, the sun loungers near the pool are already covered with towels belonging to people who aren't in the pool. It's very frustrating wanting to enjoy the pool and having nowhere to lie down.
