  Disliked: cockroachs every day in my room, the bed felt like i slept on a plank of wood, it stunk of cannibis all the time, people were fighting i felt unsafe, couldn't have the ceiling fan on as it was wobbly and ready to come flying off, tv had no more than 3 channels, staff were racist and made me feel uncomfortable and the food was cold every single day. i spent half of my holiday with diarrhoea from their food

  Very disappointing stay due to unprofessional service and an unacceptable 13-hour wait for check-in

  Liked: Very disappointing experience. Staff: 0/10. We had to wait 13 hours for check-in, even though we offered to pay extra for a more expensive room so we could get in earlier. There was no real effort to help us or find a solution. After such a long journey, being left waiting for hours was completely unacceptable. The staff were unhelpful and the overall service was extremely disappointing.

  Disliked: The unprofessionalism and poor service were extremely disappointing. We were left waiting for 13 hours and the staff did not properly explain or address the situation. I had contacted the property in advance and informed them that we would arrive around 3:00 AM, but we were only able to check in at 4:30 PM. There were also rooms showing as available on Booking.com, and we even offered to pay extra for a more expensive room so that we could check in earlier, but we were not given any solution. Overall, the staff showed very little understanding or willingness to help.

  Value for money but more safety needed

  Disliked: They need more security on a night because there are a lot of drunk people making a lot of noise every night and early hours of the morning. One night At 2am there was a drunk man banging on our door which woke us up
