  Poor service with the situation from reception, should have been offered some compensation but ignored the situation and

  Liked: The location and the hotel facilities were good.

  Disliked: our room was in terrible condition, we arrived to our room and were met with a pool of water and water running down the walls and across the room floor. I turned at the door and went back to reception and said I wasn’t staying there. They moved us into another room, but said we had to leave again the following day, to find after leaving the other room, we were been put back into the same room. We were back in the room one hour and it was flooded again. And we stayed there in poor condition with soaking towels on the floor. I asked for a manger 3 times when discussing it with the receptionist.

  Great stay in a lovely location!

  Liked: Ideal location, nice pool area, friendly staff would definitely come back.

  Disliked: Patio furniture a little dated and resort was quite hilly. We weren’t all inclusive but having to go to the sister hotel for food/drinks wouldn’t be ideal. I would recommend for self catering definitely.

  Good location, still have room for improvement

  Liked: On the promenade, close to the beach. Many options for breakfast. Nice skybar. Big balcony. Clean room

  Disliked: The fact that the staff is not showing the property to explain where you can eat, the other facilities, they only shared a map. The sofa from the room was dirty, also the furniture it was not well maintained. The air conditioner didn’t worked properly. Couldn’t keep up with the evening heat. We woke up often during the night. They have limited parking spaces and it was not available when we arrived but thanks to that we also saved some money. Without the help of the staff we found some free public parking spaces close to the location and we also used the ones with the mention “ carga y descarca” between 15:00 pm - 08:00 am. Some of the staff were not that friendly with the customers.

  It was a lovely 5 day stay. I would recommend it. Fabulous location

  Liked: Very close to the beach. The apartments were modern and beds were comfortable. I had a nice roof top terrace which was a lovely surprise

  Disliked: My apartment was on a higher level so there were quite a few steps. So I would recommend finding out location of apartment if you struggle with mobility.

  Biggest thing was smelly room tatty cupboards,black mold in bathroom, generally needs some tlc

  Liked: Breakfast was very good Room smelly dirty and still occupied by staff when we arrived half an hour after booking in time
