  A convenient place outside the hustle and bustle of the city

  Liked: Calm and peaceful place with a wonderful view. Private parking place. Comfortable bed!

  Disliked: The shower is too small if you are a bigger person.

  Great stay with awesome view and in great vicinity of everything you’d like to see/experience in Tenerife

  Liked: The view from the apartment is amazing and every essential you’d need in an apartment is there. And the host was great, very friendly and helpful.

  Disliked: I’d highly recommend having a car for this apartment as it’s not super close to the city centre and it’s a steep uphill to get to the apartment. Appliances could be renewed and also the shower could also have a refresh.

  A good choice with good value with some drawbacks

  Liked: The location is good with some nice view and it was reasonably priced.

  Disliked: The apartment is situated directly above a currently dilapidated and defunct communal pool area, which is an eyesore, but you can ignore it. The rest of the view is nice. Apparently the pool area is due for renovation from May 2026 which will mean a lot of noise for the apartment, first from construction and then later from the pool itself. The chairs in the terrace were all uncomfortable. In winter you have to know that due to the altitude of the location, it is approximately 2 degrees colder up there than down at sea level. The garage is an adventure with its steep approach and the necessity to back into it. I was surprised I managed to do this more than 20 times without causing any harm to the rental car (the smaller the better). In the end, the availability of your own private parking is appreciated, as traffic and parking is a nightmare anywhere in Southern Tenerife.

  Liked: We had an amazing stay at this place! The sea view from the terrace is breathtaking, and the apartment was spotlessly clean with all the amenities we needed, including a washing machine. What truly made our stay exceptional was the host, Tony. He was one of the most polite, available, and friendly hosts I have ever encountered. He went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, including a late check-in and early check-out, making everything seamless. Highly recommended! 🌟
