  Excellent Stay

Liked: The animation team put on all the shows themselves and were absolutely fantastic. Great variety if food at pool bar and dinner. Great location.

Disliked: Breakfast was poor. We found the ceiling fans in bedrooms were not sufficient at the time we went 32 degrees

Liked: This hotel is walking distance from bus station. It was beautifully located walking distance to great restaurants, coffee shops, and Gelato. We were able to walk to town center from the hotel

Good location, very small rooms, no AC

Liked: Good location. Good outdoor area. Pool great. Loved the mini Zoo.

Disliked: No AC! The 2-3 people room was very small and the third person had to sleep on a small couch which was hardly bid enough for 10 yo Conflicting information from Booking vs the hotel.

Liked: I wanna say a big thank you to Erica the chef she was amazing specially that I had a celiac allergy. Raphael David and many more staff were amazing giving amazing service Hotel clean location was amazing those loads to see around lots to do around unfortunately there was no lift to the room provided, and because of visual impairment. I found it very hard. Food was from the snack. Bar was the same every day they should change every so often but other than that, I had a good time and the shows were amazing.
