  Liked: Pool and restaurant,location is great,or even better!

  Disliked: Staff did not give us clear infos and itiners,once we checked in-even we stayed 1night. No flexibility.

  Liked: Friendly efficient staff at checkin. Food was excellent.....large choice to suit all. Also dining room hours were good.

  Comfortable, very clean! The best breakfast

  Liked: The location, The decor was lovely. The room was very spacious. Breakfast was superb!

  Disliked: The pool needs to be retiled badly! There are tiles missing on the steps and all over the floor of the pool. I even stepped on a loose tile and it came off. I’m not sure how they are getting away with it. It’s an accident waiting to happen.

  Pleasant stay probably won’t stay again due to the constant noise

  Liked: Breakfast very good Evening Buffet ok a bit disjointed and repetitive Desserts average Staff excellent pleasant and helpful

  Disliked: Didn’t like the constant noise from the surrounding areas, there was nowhere to get away from the noise, not even our balcony and this continued until late at night.

  Although we have stayed 5 times not sure I would book again and definitely wouldn’t book half board

  Liked: Like the Up experience and location is good

  Disliked: We have stayed here quite a few times but food was poor in the evening in terms of choice. Also wasn’t informed of a private event in the Up area so meant we were disturbed when they were working at 1am and again from 6am to get the area ready. It was right about our room.
