  The property is becoming run down especially around the pool with broken tiles and wood lifting

  Avoid!!!

  Liked: I would highly not recommend this place to anyone, we went on there word that previous issues that someone had raised on there reviews had been rectified, this was far from the case, we couldnt secure the property so had to take all our belongings out with us what was worth money, there was still the light floating in the pool with loads of tiles missing, not that we could use the pool as the heater wasnt working so was stone cold, when contacted they said it was holiday season so it couldnt be fixed till the friday then no one arrived on the friday either. The electrics kept tripping which no one was sent to either, was left down to me to try different things what they said over the phone, very unprofessional. Still waiting to be compensated for my stay and not the 20% of my next holiday with them, which I certainly won't be booking again. Is a shame as if they spent a little bit of money and sorted the issues im sure it would be lovely.

  Avoid this villa terrible maintenance and lack of attention from hosts

  Disliked: Very poor maintenance hosts not insteaded in fixing anything, some items like pool tiles missing were down right dangerous with electric lights just floating on the pool surface and host said they would not be fixed until February, handles fell off doors leaving the property unsecured and we were told that as this was a holiday let the doors don’t need to lock and then only offeted a refund of our remaining days if we wanted to leave. No air conditioning in the main lounge and one of the bedrooms, seals on dishwasher and cooker fell off leaving pool of water in the kitchen every time the dishwasher was used, the jacuzzi was filthy it took us 3 days of pleading with the hosts to have it cleaned. Overall terrible maintenance and the entire apartment need of a total upgrade the pictures on this site are nothing like what you see when you are there, definitely not value for money. The nearest shop is 20 minute walk all up hill and forget trying a taxi or Uber they just don’t come unless you are going on a longer journey. Lack of helpful information at the villa to help with local amenities unless you hire a car you are pretty much stranded in the middle of nowhere. There are much better villas for better prices than this villa we definitely would not be returning to this one

  Don't hesitate to book this villa; you won't regret it!

  Liked: We had an incredible stay at White Whale. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted, and the host remained easily reachable via WhatsApp for any inquiries. The villa itself was spectacular. For anyone concerned about the hot tub or decking, rest assured—it's brand new, and we thoroughly enjoyed it during our evenings. The WiFi connection was strong, though you'll need an Apple login for streaming services. Both the air conditioning and water pressure were excellent.

  Disliked: Just a couple of things to keep in mind: Make sure to personally test the door entry system, as it can be a bit temperamental. However, we were informed that someone would be coming to address it soon. Also, be prepared to bring your own supplies, as the villa doesn't come stocked with essentials. We left items like oil, laundry and dishwasher tablets, and sponges for the next guest to use.
