  Great resort in Adeje

  Liked: Great resort, facilities and very welcoming staff. Very well located to explore the island. Delicious food for breakfast and across the various restaurants on site. Very good spa and treatments, great service across the board. Would definitely stay here again.

  A five star experience, hotel is fabulous

  Liked: Beautiful place with a fantastic sea view. Lovely pools and pool area with plenty of space and sunbeds. Every single staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful, and the service was prompt and efficient but not obtrusive. Great breakfast buffet with just about anything you could want.

  Disliked: Nothing. Only thing to note is that the hotel is set up high, so has wonderful views but a steep hill up to the hotel from the beach.

  Hotel lovely staff great apart from the older gentle man at breakfast grumpy which spoiled it a bit everyone els great

  Liked: Our second visit we stayed during Covid love the hotel the decor is timeless

  Disliked: A little quite music around the pool eouid be nice I appreciate it’s a relaxing hotel and this is why we came, but some chilled music around the pool eouid be nice

  Beautiful hotel

  Liked: Room and pools were amazing, loved the bathroom and the clarins products. Bed so comfy. All staff we encountered were friendly and there was also an evening turndown service. Breakfast selection good. Felt like a true 5 star you need to normally go further afield for.

  Relaxing escape

  Liked: The staff were extremely polite and helpful. My room was cleaned twice a day and the hotel itself was kept immaculately clean. The pool areas were big with lots of beds and umbrellas. Breakfast options were excellent - there was a wide variety of healthy options which I appreciated - they even had almond milk, which so many places don't provide. A highlight was morning pilates on the terrace.

  Disliked: I was not aware when booking that the spa pool was closed, this was disappointing. Also, the spa pool area was being painted during my stay, which left quite a powerful smell.

  Perfect relaxing holiday!

  Liked: The room was very spacious and clean. Had the use of a private jacuzzi and solarium as well as a balcony. Staff are fantastic! The facilities are fantastic.

  Disliked: The traffic passing outside our balcony. You could only hear and see it if you were on the balcony.
