  Forced to vacate after three days - avoid this property!

  Liked: Nothing

  Disliked: We had to vacate 3 days into a 14-day reservation. I am giving this property a 1 only because Booking.com does not allow a lower rating. During our short stay, we experienced repeated electrical outages, unstable breakers, and a complete loss of hot water for approximately a day and a half. An electrician confirmed the hot water heater was not functioning and required replacement. No repair was completed during our stay, and no reliable timeline was provided. Management was dismissive and combative. Rather than sending assistance, we were given troubleshooting instructions via WhatsApp. If even a fraction of the effort used to collect the upfront cash damage deposit had been directed toward resolving these serious problems — a deposit they have kept despite no damage and our forced early departure — we likely could have completed our stay. Instead, due to unreliable electricity, lack of hot water, and unprofessional management response, we were forced to secure alternate accommodations and vacate the property.

  Beautiful Seaview apartment

  Liked: The apartment is beautiful, very clean and well decorated. The balconies had amazing views of the sea. There was easy access to the beach and promenade with restaurants and shops. We found the beds too hard for us to be comfortable, but otherwise was a very good stay and we would recommend staying here.

  Disappointing terrible service

  Liked: Great location

  Disliked: The host was so rude. I requested a late check in due to flight arriving in the evening and they were completely unaccommodating simply stating this is not a hotel. In the end I found somewhere else to stay as their attitude really put me off. Avoid this place at all costs of you want any sort of customer service.
