  Liked: Excellent view, room was clean and comfortable. The facilities downstairs were also clean and well stocked.

  Disliked: It can be tricky to arrive if you don't have a car. Additional facilities (pool etc.) would elevate the experience

  Beautiful view and sound of waves - not very walkable and not great wifi

  Liked: Beautiful view of the ocean and sound of waves. Lots of cute little birds. Hosts are responsive. Anonymous entry. Nearby town (Mutriku) is kind of cute.

  Disliked: Internet wasn't good - initially seemed like a high bit-rate then downgraded fast, probably a thin pipe and/or strict QoS. Cleaning could be a bit better and not a fan of the central B&B style coffee/refrigerator/breakfast area instead of having stuff in your room. Pretty far to walk into town or anywhere so pretty much you're either on the property or have to drive somewhere. Not very private - people walking in front of the rooms/windows.

  Liked: Wunderful views Nice Garden and surroundings Sound of the sea Air conditioned Proper bathroom and shower. Ample and safe parking

  Disliked: Very impersonal, distant, basically everything through whatsapp. Very basic and limited breakfast, best to bring some things yourself as well. The upper rooms with the stairs are very impractical and the stairs make a lot of noise when used.

  Lovely stay.highly recommend

  Liked: Beautiful location. Quiet clean calm property. Gorgeous views and lovely places to sit in sun and in shade. Communal areas clean and welcoming. Lovely breakfast provided.
