Disliked: Parking small, you need to park on the street away from the hotel and pray nothing happens to your car, it seems safe neighborhood though
Enjoyable
Liked: Very nice good size sea view room with a fridge which was handy. Buffet meals had a good choice.

Liked: Views, aquatic park for kids, big bedroom, amazing cooks at the buffet..
Disliked: Location, away from everything, not very big parking, diversity of food at the buffet, no mini disco at night and kid was waiting for it

Friendly, fun and professional
Liked: I like the overall experience with the staff being very friendly and professional. The receptionist Ana was so helpful and knowledgeable. The entertainment Rocío was AMAZING with her energy and enthusiasm! The cleaning lady Fatima was so professional and friendly.They were minor hiccups like a dent ( little hole ) in the bathroom floor, the shower taps where a bit loose like if they were not properly secured in the wall. However, overall we were quite happy how Fergus hotel was.
Disliked: Breakfast options was quite good and one small observation was that even vegetarian options, sausages for non meat eaters would have been a good option on top of the breakfast choices.
