  Disrespect to guest request

  Liked: As a resort. Good

  Disliked: Reservation for two days made and guest request to amend as one day, as per permitted online contract. Though email request and confirmation made, hotel invoiced for two days. Blaming booking.com lacking communication.

  Lovel friendly hotel with lots of facilities

  Liked: We enjoyed our stay in the hotel we found the staff very helpful and friendly. Juan Lu was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The pool area was very nice and probably due to the time of year was not overcrowded. We had a suite with two bedrooms which were lovely and the chamber maids were friendly The suite was spotless and very spacious

  Disliked: Its location really necessitated having a car Taxis to and from the hotel were expensive.

  A nice hotel for families and golfers

  Liked: The friendly and helpful staff, particularly at reception but also in the bar

  Disliked: The food in the downstairs bar. Very poor, basically just sandwiches, pizzas, burgers etc and very poorly made. Had hoped there would have been some delicious Spanish tapas, but no, not even a bowl of olives, only chips etc. The music that was being played quite loudly all day in the lobby and the bar was really annoying. Even if there were only a few people around they did not adjust the volume. At weekends when families stay, the whole place becomes like a playground. By the pool it's understandable of course, but even in the lobby and bar, small children would run around, shouting very loudly and sitting or lying on the chairs and sofas with their legs and feet up everywhere. This place typically caters for golfers and for families, not for the more discerning couples or solo traveller

  Enjoyable stay, family welcoming place

  Liked: The activities, the swimming pool and the comfy bed!

  Disliked: My room was dirty when I arrived, couldn’t get it cleaned that evening, so had to wait until next day to get it cleaned. Aircon wasn’t the greatest either and the queues to speak to staff were always so long! I queued nearly an hour just to give back the card.

  Nice if you can get past the outdated decor

  Liked: The pool is really great and we spent most of our days enjoying it. The pool bar has lovely staff, but could probably do with more staff as wait was long during peak times. Good activities throughout the day for kids and adults. The room was comfy. Great breakfast unfortunately served at the most unappealing room.

  Disliked: We arrived late afternoon our initial impression was not the best. The decor is very outdated it felt we were back in the 70s. We actually asked to cancel our booking, which was denied and we were told to wait until the morning to speak with a manager. We then woke up to a very delicious breakfast - unfortunately served at the most unappealing canteen room. There is a restaurant area near the pool with outdoor seating, so we really didn't understand why that wasn't used instead. The hotel is also a bit too far from the city and beach.
