  Disappointed! Strong sewage smell, broken dishwasher, and air conditioning only in the living room

  Liked: I strongly condemn this apartment listed on Booking.com. It was very bad, dirty, and had an overwhelming stench. Although it is near the beach, the apartment itself is in terrible condition. It smells awful and is extremely unclean. It is very disappointing that Booking.com advertises such a poor accommodation.

  Disliked: I am extremely disappointed with this apartment listed on Booking.com. While its location near the beach may seem attractive, the condition of the property is unacceptable. The apartment was extremely dirty and had a strong, unpleasant odor, most of the devices are old and broken. Dishwasher is broken and stinky. It is very concerning that Booking.com promotes accommodation of such poor quality.

  Liked: Great location, straight out onto the beach. Lovely ocean & Cadiz view and ocean sounds. Check-in process worked well. Facilities as described

  Disliked: Shower was a little small and door didn't close fully. There was a damp odour coming from under the sink in the kitchen. Porch door was sticking when opening. This is a nice apartment, small upgrades would make it great

  Liked: Location.

  Disliked: This apartment was really too small for our group of 7 people. I don't know why Booking.com offers it for such a group. I would not recommend taking this apartment for more than 5 people. The host kept sending messages in Spanish via the booking messenger (some of them were in Spanish and English, and some just in Spanish). Instead of sending all necessary information in one message, we received several, with the last ones coming at 9 p.m. I read it just by accident. It was information about not flushing paper into the toilet. Why not leave such information in the room? Indeed, all messages were written in a really unwelcoming style.:(
