  Cute, comfortable and clean:)

  Liked: The apartment was beautiful and clean, very well located

  Disliked: The entire contact system works with ai… getting a response took a while and there was no way of making a phone call. When we arrived at the property we weren’t told which flat it was until I asked the ai WhatsApp bot how to get in 😂 even though it worked, it took a while and I would’ve much preferred to just call someone which wasn’t an option. My only complaint, the place itself was perfect

  Liked: Location was convenient with bus stop directly in front of building.

  Disliked: Modern new layout, however wall concrete fell over counter in kitchen as if sand were through apartment. Construction work noise throughout morning. Dryer on separate level did not work.

  It’s was a decent enough little apartment but would only recommend for one or two nights are the most it’s not very comf

  Liked: Location was great walkable to lots of things including the train - very clean and new unit I loved the loft bed but the uneven metal stairs would be very hard for someone with mobility issues to navigate particularly at night -the accom Booking agency were very helpful with questions they are not local though so give very general information

  Disliked: I was in apartment c downstairs it’s on the road and the bus stop is right outside if you open the window ( which is the only window on in the unit ) there is generally smokers standing right outside the window and it was very noisy at night - it seemed to be new so lacked quite a few things in the kitchen - a decent knife ( only a bread knife ) and there is no light in the kitchen so hard to see when cooking- entry via the first door was easy enough but the apartment door had a digital security lock which works but the door itself is very hard to open needs to be turned a certain way to get it the first time took me 3 days to work it out

  Nice price for a very beautiful flat

  Liked: I loved this apartment. I was a little suspicious because the price was low but it really is such a nice flat. Right in the city centre, inside of a little castle, the ceilings are very high, the walls are stone. It was perfect for two people. The kitchen was well equiped, not ideal, but enough for you to use. I was cooking at home. The bathroom was clean, the water was hot.

  Disliked: -It can be quite cold if you spend a lot of time in the flat. I was working 7+ hours a day and when you sit down for a long time - it was cold, even with the AC on. -Also it took me some time to get used to the main door being made of glass (it is not transperant of course, but made of glass). But those are minor things to me personally. -No washing machine in the house -Pillows and blankets were not the freshest

  PLACE IS EXCELLENT! 100% RECOMMENDED

  Liked: Location is amazing! Just right in the city centre! Building recently renovated and modern. Our apartment was really cozy and it was lovely to be back there after a long day out. We got an extra set of towels and bed linen too in case it was needed. Not many places do that!

  Should be fabulous, unfortunately it wasn't!

  Liked: The location is perfect. and the rest of this review breaks my heart! The money spent on the renovation is huge, the apartment is fantastic, really great size etc, but the furniture and everything inside is cheap, very uncomfortable bed, terrible pillows, badly stocked kitchenette, no daylight as all the windows are frosted, try one way glass? So you look out onto a central courtyard that you actually cant see! Its like a great builder bought and renovated and then asked his granny to send all her old furniture to decorate it. Im all for authentic, but the coffee table had one leg shorter than the other! The bedding was strange with loads of spare throws, none matched and the towels were tiny! Veery limited surfaces to put anything on. Just really weird and a tragedy as with a small budget it could be fantastic. PLEASE go and upgrade the furniture and in particular the bed, it was a standard (small) double! El Puerto is seriously gorgeous and these apartments are in a great location. Just sort the furniture out!

  Disliked: The booking system is run by AI which took me a while to work out, we needed to stay an extra night (originally booked for 3) and just didnt have time to move! Trying to get through to a person took a while to then say 'Are you a person and if not can you put me through to one!' I then had to book the extra night on Booking.com again without knowing if we could stay in the same room. It was all a bit confusing!
