Liked: Friendly staff. Problem returning in evening after 10.30. front door locked. No clear entry instruction given in advance. No mobile link actually operating.. Nobody available online via hotels.com.. Lucky that cafe owner knew number of hotel owner. He cam out and let us in. Otherwise a miserable night would have been had. Utterly c Incompetent lack of communication or access to communication. Must be fixed.
