Liked: Character, Basque style meals.
Disliked: Some trees need trimming to improve the view up the valley.
Liked: We loved everything about this place and couldn’t fault it. The host is charming and also the excellent chef. We had an absolutely delicious 4 course meal for 23€ pp and the breakfast was exceptional too. The rooms are huge and the beds so comfy and the house is part of a beautiful unspoilt village with fabulous views up a hill. I really hope one day we will visit again and would absolutely 100% recommend this place - it is special!

Liked: I was welcomed warmly by the owner into this lovely, tranquil and cool hotel on a hot day after cycling over the Pyrenees (and up 125m to the hotel). What a beautiful hotel! Great style. Beautifully appointed. Fantastic bed. Great shower. And air conditioning was welcome on a hot day. I conked out before dinner so didn’t dine, but breakfast was beautiful. Gracias! Michael Himes
