  Construction work significantly disrupted our stay

  Liked: The apartment itself was nice.

  Disliked: We were unfortunately disappointed with our stay. While the apartment itself was clean and generally as described, there is significant construction work taking place around the property. The level of noise and disruption was considerable and made it difficult to relax or fully enjoy our time there. From what we observed, the works appear substantial and are likely to continue for some time. In addition, we were without water in the apartment on Monday after construction workers hit the main water supply. This was extremely inconvenient and added to the overall disruption during our stay. We understand that some of these circumstances may have been outside the host’s direct control, and communication remained polite throughout. However, due to the impact on our stay, we made the decision to leave earlier than planned. Unfortunately, we were unable to secure any refund for the unused portion of our booking. We hope future guests are clearly informed about the ongoing construction so they can make a fully informed decision before booking.

  Fabulous rental property!!

  Liked: This was an excellent place to stay during our first visit to Estepona. Communication with the host prior to our arrival was easy. The apartment was in excellent condition. It had ALL the comforts of home. The location was exceptional as we wanted to be near the waterfront. It was only about 75m to the beautiful promenade.

  Disliked: We have nothing to say about dislikes as the facility exceeded our expectations.

  Great apartment in a perfect location

  Liked: Perfect location, lovely apartment and great communication from the owner. It had everything we needed for a family of four. Highly recommend.

  Disliked: The street is a bit noisy but we actually liked the hustle and bustle of spanish life going on around us.

  Liked: Everything was so good. I felt like spending holidays in friends or family apartment. It is not typical apartment to rent it is so comfortable, clean and so quiet and equipped in everything you need. The Host- Jose is really helpful
