  Great views, good location, quality apartment

  Liked: Great location, spectacular views and very comfortable apartment. We appreciated the welcome water and beer and the fact that beach towels were provided was a great bonus. We didn't meet the host but she was responsive and helpful. Great being able to park, perfect location for exploring that side of the Costa del Sol and inland to Casares or even across to Africa or just Gibraltar. A Sunday Market at the marina was very popular and eating in the evening at Plaza de las Flores a must for any visit to Estepona. We recommend the orchiidarium too and Casares is well worth a visit. Would return to enjoy those views, sit on the terrace anytime. A/c was effective and good to be able to control separate rooms. Great blinds kept the apartment cool when we were out. Overall, great.

  Disliked: The main issue we had was with the bedding: some of it was 100% polyester which we found sweaty and unbreathable. A real shame as the everything else was great quality. As others have noted there are steps but it didn't bother us. There was some confusion on arrival as we'd been sent the wrong instructions but it was quickly resolved. Would love some games, books and beach tennis to be left and maybe some local pictures as the apartment felt bland, but that would only add to a very good offering.
