  Fabulous apartment with absolutely everything you need in a wonderful location. We will use it as our ‘go to’ whenever

  Liked: This is a lovely property, in a fantastic location alongside a swimming bay with calm waters. There are two fabulous beach bars serving fabulous food quite literally a two minute walk from the apartment. Fantastic walks along the costal boardwalk in both directions….close to the marina and a ‘doable’ walk into Estepona old town. The pool is clean and refreshing, with some loungers and a super clean poolside and garden area. The apartment was in pristine condition, a fully equipped kitchen, comfy sofa and beds, 2 great bathrooms, and a furnished terrace/large balcony plus a glasses in balcony off of the main bedroom. The air con was extremely efficient, the apartments is tastefully decorated, and everything worked as it should.

  Disliked: We liked everything about the property, it is however worth noting that there are quite a few steps to reach different levels, so even though one has full access to all floors in the lift/elevator once the initial stairs have been negotiated you do need to be able to use stairs to come up from the beach, or down from the Main Street. ….the partial answer to this is to drive the car into the garage and use the elevator from there to access your floor if you are a little less mobile(like me!). Also, as is noted in the description, the parking spot is pretty tight, if you have anything more than a small/medium size car it is a bit of a squeeze between the posts….and remember to turn your wing mirrors in before you try it. Again, this is not a criticism, simply an observation and reminder so people are aware of what you need to be able to manage🙂

  Recommended for a quiet peaceful break. The apartment is excellent and secure

  Liked: 50m stroll to the Cristo beach and cafe/restaurant. 5 min stroll to multiple restaurants and the beautiful marina area. It's a long walk, 20 minutes plus, to the old town but there's a taxi rank just 300m down the road, I recommend you use this facility when heading into the old town for food and shopping. The area is quiet and peaceful. The beach is the best around, some shops are close by and there's plenty of cafes and pubs at the marina.

  Disliked: The pool was out order and it would have been nice to sit around it the odd time, this wasn't a major negative as the beach is so close! I believe it'll be open soon though....
