  Great apartment great location

  Liked: Really well appointed clean modern and very comfortable. Great location and hosts kept us updated regarding access on arrival. Would definitely recommend and use again if back in estepona

  Disliked: It is located above the restaurant that could be little bit loud at night. It is in close proximity to the construction site so could be dusty, but this is temporary until they finish.

  Clean spacious comfortable apartment with all the trimmings and location

  Liked: Everything was very good

  Disliked: Major road/parking work happening immediately adjacent to the unit. Noisy mornings. Wish we had known but not apartment’s fault just municipal upgrades. Would definitely recommend.

  Liked: We had a wonderful stay at these apartments! The location is perfect — just a one-minute walk from the beach. The apartment itself is very clean and well-equipped, with two comfortable bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, and a fully stocked kitchen. We really appreciated having a washing machine with a drying function, a dishwasher, and an oven. The living room has a TV with internet access and video games, which was great for kids.. There’s also a supermarket five minutes walk and a restaurant right next to the entrance, and underground parking nearby, which made everything super convenient. The hosts were very helpful and provided clear instructions on how to get the keys. Overall, an excellent place to stay — highly recommended!

  ***BEWARE — Read this before booking this apartment***

  Disliked: ***BEWARE — Read this before booking this apartment*** There is major construction happening just steps (about 50 feet) from the front door of this apartment. The noise begins early in the morning and continues throughout the day into the evening, making it nearly impossible to relax, work, or enjoy quiet time. The constant hammering, drilling, and heavy machinery create a disruptive environment both inside and outside the unit. In addition, street parking is extremely limited, and the ongoing construction has made the area congested and difficult to navigate. Local businesses nearby are also struggling with the disruption, which speaks to how extensive the project is. If you’re looking for a peaceful stay, this is not the place right now. It’s noisy, dusty, and inconvenient until construction is complete. I wish I had known this before booking.
