Exceptional
Liked: Beautiful beach front rooms, unique decor, helpful staff.
Never go here off season!
Liked: It’s beautifully decorated and very clean
Disliked: The hotel is a good 2 hours walk from the Faro and half an hour from Fisterre so quite far. We arrived very late on a cold windy evening because we could not find a taxi from the Faro although we called the hotel to ask them to help us find one - after all they are the locals - but they did not help but instead said they closed the check in at 10pm. We eventually found a taxi and got there. The room was nice and clean but barely any amenities and more importantly extremely cold the floors are made of smoothed cement which is a cold material the heating did not work and there were no blankets on the beds only sheets: we did find one thin duvet tucked in the cupboard that we used and there is nobody to call for help after 10pm so we had to sleep completely dressed and we were very cold. Arrived at 10pm and left at 8am to have a comfort breakfast in town before off bus back. Never go here when you have little time and it’s cold! There are many nice options in town for much cheaper!
Cozy modern hotel with unique characteristics! I would recommend a 2-3 night stay
Liked: Hotel had very originally designed rooms with comfy beds! Plus, the location was awesome right on the beach with boardwalk access!
Disliked: The exterior yard needed some care with potential for exterior seating.
Liked: Beautifull room which looked out on the sea. Direct access to beach. The Breakfast room again had a magnificent view and was really nice. Owner very helpful with local information.
Clean and Contemporary
Liked: It was a modern contemporary property. It was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. It was chalet style rooms. Not a typical hotel with a lobby / bar etc The beach is on your doorstep. Good breakfast.
Disliked: Location. This property was 3km or so before Finisterre centre. After walking a Camino not great having to walk back the way you came. Getting back to the property proved difficult as a taxi service is not readily available The landscaping of the property needs improvement.
Perfect getaway! Location and all of the staff were kind and welcoming
Liked: Well designed rooms and free space to relax and enjoy the Ocean view. Very close to the beach.
Disliked: Would be nice to have a few bites available in the evening and the Bar to be open for a glass of wine or a beer.
