Great place but get rid of the smell

Nice view but problems…
Liked: Good views of the ocean and on a central part of the town.
Disliked: 1. The bathroom had a terrible sewer odor coming from the drain. It made the whole apartment smell bad. 2. The fridge was broken. We reported this problem to the owner and she called the repair person but asked us to be there to meet him. 3. The apartment was not well cared for. Some of the blinds were broken and dishes were not properly cleaned. 4. We asked that the owner allow us to cancel and refund our money but she declined our request. 5. The repair man came and went and fixed the freezer but the fridge remained broken.
