Exceptional
Enjoyable stay in central Sóller
Liked: Great central location. Loved the common areas to chill out. Lovely quirky room.
Liked: Loved the welcome drinks and glass water bottle that could be refilled in lobby! The lockers available also were extremely handy to let us enjoy our afternoon after check out before an evening flight. The room was stunning and spacious, and such a good location.
Disliked: I checked in online, but did not receive check in information (door and lockbox code) until 30 min after check in. The cleaner helped me sort out this confusion, but it was a bit frustrating that they had been so persistent about messaging me to request my arrival time and ensure the online check in was completed, and were not at all responsive when I was asking about check in information! I lost about an hour of my day dealing with this admin mess up on their part.
Fantastic location
Liked: Location was perfect! In the heart of Sóller, and on a quiet street.
Disliked: The room we had was odd and in lobby of hotel so we heard everybody coming and going. I’m sure the other rooms are quite nice.
Liked: Liked the location
Disliked: Air conditioning wasn’t the best but worked.
Liked: Everything about this stay was great. Super cute, great location, great room and very comfy. The only thing that's the problem is the parking in Soller and getting to the hotel, but overall, it was an amazing stay! 10/10 would recommend.
Wonderful
Liked: Location is exceptional
