Exceptional
We had a lovely holiday and were very happy with the hotel and location and price we paid
Liked: There was a lot of choice for breakfast. Good breakfast. The hotel was kept very clean. The staff were very friendly mostly…a couple of the restaurant staff were a bit more brash but all other staff were lovely and very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The lift was very small for anyone who requires mobility aids. There wasn’t somewhere practical to hang your towel in the bathroom…there was a towel rail but it was in the open shower so would get soaked if you didn’t move it during shower…it’s just a small thing though!

Liked: Good food, excellent location staff very friendly hotel very clean
Disliked: You had to wait to be seated in the restaurant someone needs to be on the door all the time when busy as the waiting on staff saw you but didn’t come over straight away and it felt like you were being ignored and made to wait

Really enjoyable relaxing stay in a great location with excellent amenities
Liked: The property and pool are spotlessly clean. The staff are very friendly, particularly Ivone and Maria in the restaurant. It was a really comfortable relaxing holiday. The food was excellent with plenty of choice everyday.
Disliked: Nothing really. We are not Spanish speaking and it is a very predominantly Spanish speaking area.
Liked: The hotel was 5 star in every way
Good beach location
Liked: Right on beach front but not to noisy. Meals were very good
Disliked: Small room but ok solo would be be tight for 2.
