  not pleasant to stay

  Liked: hard to get in the apartment if you have a car. the fire alarm was on in the middle of the night and the host was not available to check if everything is fine. I checked with neighbours.

  Good location and clean place, but poor organization and lack of basic essentials for guests

  Liked: The apartment was clean and well located, with easy access to nearby areas.

  Disliked: The check-in instructions were unclear (wrong apartment number), which made arrival confusing. Also, the apartment was not properly prepared for four people: only two towels and one blanket were provided, so two people had to sleep without a cover.

  Lack of CS / effort. Property nice. Location weird

  Liked: High ceilings, large studio, modern, washing machine, small balcony.

  Disliked: Low score is due to the host. It took us 30 minutes from arrival to enter the property, as it is gated and you need the keys to open the gate to the car park. The instructions sent to us were very vague, we had to leave our hazards on and park in the street and message the host asking how to get in and could someone let us in. They said we had to go up to the property and get the keys out a lock box, eventually explaining this would also open the car park gate. Not very helpful when you are arriving by car to run inside (large building) and then out leaving the car in the road. We advised the lock box wasn’t working with the code given, and even showed a video of this with the host insisting it was our fault and we were not ‘doing it properly’. After 5 times of telling us this, he said try another code and gave us this which worked. I replied, seriously? No apology, nothing just gaslighting. We then got a paragraph with still no apology about how they’ve done nothing wrong. Studio was modern but weirdly the easiest thing to improve it was not done, it needs painting as all the walls are stained. Everything else was modern. Old sponge was left for plates and no pack which most apartments leave with dish soap, washing machine capsule etc which was unhelpful. Not even shampoo, just a cheapy shower gel. Seems like a lack of customer service and effort for the price paid. Again, trying to leave the property we had to bring the keys outside, unlock the gate, drive out, run back inside to put them in the lock box. Adding 10 mins onto entering and exiting the property. Not well thought out process, bad attitude from staff, property was nice but weird location in an industrial estate. If you’re not driving, avoid it as there’s nothing in walking distance (other than Burger King / petrol station 20 mins away)

  Modern new apartment with difficult check in

  Liked: Nice new renovated.

  Disliked: Missing info about check in. Very difficult to enter in the build and enter in the parking.Owner didn't provide right information how to check in. Wiating for half hour to somebody to open the gate of the property so you can enter.

  We live with family several days. Everything was fine: good location, free parking, comfortable apartments without noise

  Nice place

  Liked: It's a gated property. Few minutes away from fast food chains, gasoline station and the motorway. The property is clean, spacious and nice.

  Disliked: The pillows are not comfortable and there is only 1 for each person. There are no extra towels. There is no hair dryer. The swimming pool was closed coz it's they said it is still May even though the weather was scorching hot.
