Fabulous
Classic, traditional hotel - nothing to complain about
Liked: One of the front desk people was exceptionally friendly and enjoyable. The other that I met was fine.
Disliked: Well, it's a historic building. You know what that means: old. Not that things didn't work - it was very functional. It's just that it felt, well, historic, rather than modern. Maybe that's what you're after, and if so, this is the place for you.
Liked: The staff at the reception was very helping The breakfast was excellent

Liked: Good Hotel. Only stayed for 1 night so not too much to say, but overall decent stay Old school charm with character and good bed, decent sized room and good bathroom Good location near to shops/squares and 10 min walk to sea front and 5-6 min walk to bus station
Disliked: Room was very hot and couldn't turn the heating down Was only there 1 night so didn't bother trying to get it sorted

Disliked: The hallway carpet could benefit from a thorough cleaning.
